2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reading.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Delivery Time

Your completed reading will be professionally recorded and delivered to your email as a private YouTube link within 7 days of receiving your booking. Each reading is approximately 30-45 minutes in length, although exact duration may vary depending on the guidance received during your session.

While every effort is made to meet this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be notified.

4. What You Will Receive

As each reading is individually prepared and professionally recorded specifically for you, please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making your booking.

1. Personalised Service

Every Spirit Guide Reading is created exclusively for the individual client.

Due to the personalised nature of this service, refunds are not available once work on your reading has commenced.

2. Change of Mind

Refunds are are not provided for:

Change of mind.
Personal preference regarding the guidance received.
Expectations about the content of the reading.
Dissatisfaction because the reading did not meet personal expectations or desired outcomes.

As guidance is intuitive and personal in nature, every reading experience is unique.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.

If work on your reading has not yet commenced, cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled reading, may be considered for a refund or rescheduling at my discretion.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled reading are not eligible for a refund.

Once preparation or recording of your reading has begun, refunds are no longer available.

If you cancel your booking, your payment will be refunded less the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable as it covers the administration and processing associated with securing your booking.

4. Technical issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your private YouTube video link, please contact me.

I will make every reasonable effort to resolve any genuine technical issues or provide an alternative method of delivery where appropriate.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same booking, the duplicate payment will be refunded promptly.
